Guarantee & Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. If your product is broken or defective, simply return within 5 business days of receiving product, for a replacement. Products can only be replaced and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Coupons and Promos may not be combined or stacked. Limit one coupon per customer.
Please note that sale and discontinued items cannot be returned.
How To Return A Product
- Contact us by e-mail, email@example.com, to obtain a return authorization number.
- Ship the product to the appropriate return address listed below:

Items must be returned to Ladybug Hemp Organics within 10 days of receipt of the return authorization number.
The following items are exceptions to the return policy. Unless the result of damage during shipping or manufacturer defect, these items cannot be returned under any circumstances. In the case of manufacturer defect or damage during shipping, the client is required to contact Ladybug Hemp Organics within 5 days of receipt.
- Sale, short dated or discontinued items
- All starter, travel, or introductory kits
Gift With Purchase
Gift with purchase promotions specify that a minimum order size amount is required in order to qualify. If a return made affects the original order total, the gift with purchase will no longer qualify.
The gift with purchase will need to be returned to get a full refund for any returned item on the sale. If you wish to keep the gift with purchase, the retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount of the item refunded.

*Regarding our LadyBug CBD Hemp Products:
It’s important to note that our Hemp CBD Oil products are legal in all 50 States. Our dilemma is that many states require specific labeling for these products, including Oregon. We package for Oregon and meet & exceed their requirements for Oregon Labeling, as well, as Colorado, Washington, Pennsylvania, New Mexico & Maine.
We only ship to states that we know our labeling exceeds their requirements. At this time, we do not ship to all 50 states, as it is not our intention to sell without the proper labeling to make us compliant.
